Overview
Mark is an associate programme designer, facilitator and coach with Values Based Leadership. He works with clients to design and deliver tailor made leadership development solutions that underpin and deliver their strategic intent. Mark has worked with Senior Executives in global organisations for the last twelve years to enable them to understand and develop their own leadership style, and to boost the impact and effectiveness of their leadership behaviours within their organisational context. He works with major corporations from a wide variety of sectors across Europe. A linguist by background, Mark’s working languages are English, French, German and Spanish.
