Overview
Lynn has worked with leaders and teams in a variety of organisations within the private sector in the UK and Europe. Lynn has been an Associate of Values Based Leadership for the past three years and has worked with VBL on numerous programmes with a variety of clients.
Lynn has worked within learning and development since 1990 during which time she has set up and managed two Learning and Development functions in national organisations and worked as an internal consultant in a European Manufacturing Group. She qualified as a professional coach in 2003. She has always been passionate about developing the Emotional Intelligence and interpersonal skills within leaders and managers. She regularly coaches and supports new managers and leaders during the early stages of their new role.

- Coaching a finance manager into the role of managing director.
- Taking a senior sales team of sixteen key managers through profiling and upward feedback exercises.
- Three year consecutive programme to develop interpersonal and leadership skills with high potentials across four sites within the print industry.
- Developing the presentation skills of an executive team.
- Developing an in house cascade coaching programme within the improvements industry which reached the regional finals of a National Training Award.
