John Frost
John is Managing Director of Values Based Leadership. He works with clients to design and deliver tailor made leadership development solutions and is an experienced coach and mentor. John has worked with Senior Executives in global organisations for the last 16 years to enable them to develop their leadership style, impact and lead significant cultural change in their organisations. As Director of Coaching at VBL, Karen specialises in leadership development and coaching of senior managers in national and global companies. Karen has 25 years experience leading and managing teams. In the last 15 years, she has focused on learning and development, leadership, coaching and mentoring. Jeff is an Associate for Values Based Leadership and an accomplished leadership coach, consultant and facilitator based in Vancouver, Canada. Jeff has worked on a long-term basis with well over 100 coaching clients, mostly in senior management and leadership roles, and has facilitated many team meetings, management retreats, strategic planning sessions, conflict resolution dialogues, and leadership development and career workshops. Trine is an Associate of Values Based Leadership and a Norwegian national with over twenty years of experience in working with different organisations based in Europe, Africa and Asia. She is a Life Coach and Trainer, Political Advisor, Project Leader and Network Builder as well as an internationally accredited Meta-Coach, NLP Coach, NLP Master Practitioner and NLP Trainers Trainer.
