Feel that I really learnt something of use (makes a change). They walked the walk. They coached rather than taught! Fantastic course – ability of John & Simon to get some major cynics absorbed into the course was fantastic. Learnt lots about myself / way of working without feeling interrogated. Very well run / organised / thought out. Great mix of think, play listen.
